4 apartment buildings with a total of 250 living spaces will be constructed on lots on Tuukri, Lüüsi and Madalmaa Streets. The first apartments were completed in 2018. The selection of apartments ranges from 1-room spaces to a penthouse with a sea view that pleases even the most demanding of tastes.
