Terms and conditions of booking
It is possible to orally book for 1 week.
Then a written booking contract will be concluded, based on which 3000 € will be paid.
Within 1 month it is mandatory to conclude a contract under the law of obligations and to pay 15% of the value of the apartment, off of which the 3000 € already paid will have been deducted.
The remaining 85% of the value of the apartment will be paid after the completion of the apartment and of the house.
The buyer is responsible for the entire notary fee and state fee.

Overview
